At Dr. Robertus Laser and Cosmetic Clinic we confident that we are providing best service at best prices. We guarantee that if you will find better published price in the Greater Toronto Area for products we carry or for services we provide, we will match the price and will give additional 5% discount for you.
How Will I Get Price Matched?
Simply let us know where have you seen the better price and show us the proof - like a flyer, web link etc. If the price you found is eligible, we will match the price for you.
Limitations
There are certain limitations to this price match guarantee policy. To be eligible for price match, the following condition must be met by the competing offer:
- the competing offer must be published and publicly accessible (for example, prices published on the web site or on flyers will be eligible)
- the competing organization must provide services or sell products in the Greater Toronto Area within 30 km radius from Dr. Robertus Laser and Cosmetic Clinic 's office.
- the competing offer must use the same make and brand of product as it is used in Dr. Robertus Laser & Cosmetic Clinic (example: if another place offers Dysport injections at prices lower than Botox injections offered by Dr. Robertus, the offer is not eligible for price match)
- the qualification of the personnel performing the procedure in the competing organization must be equal or higher than that at Dr. Robertus Laser & Cosmetic Clinic (example: if Botox injections are offered by a nurse at another clinic, the offer is not eligible for price match injections done by a physician at Dr. Robertus clinic)
- the technology used in the competing offer must be the same or comparable to the technology used at Dr. Robertus Laser & Cosmetic Clinic (example: if another place offers laser hair removal treatments with Palomar Starlux 500 machine, then the offer is eligible for price match)
- the competing offer must contain conditions regarding the area treated and/or number of treatments similar to those at Dr. Robertus Laser & Cosmetic Clinic
- the competing offer must not originate from group-buy sites like Groupon, Livingsocial, Dailydeals, Dealoftheday, WagJag and other clones of such services.
