About Dr. Inese Robertus
Dr. Inese Robertus has been practising medicine for 15 years. She received her medical degree from Medical Academy of Latvia in 1993 with further specialization in physical and rehabilitation medicine. Dr. Robertus then continued to practice as a head of rehabilitation ward in one of the leading hospital in Riga, Latvia.
After coming to Canada, Dr. Robertus pursued her career as a physician. She graduating from family medicine program at Canada's #1 university - University of Toronto - and started to practice in Richmond Hill. Dr. Robertus is a skillful injector. She performs variety of minor procedures in her family practice - from joint injections to minor skin surgeries.
Dr. Robertus's fascination with cosmetic medicine started since the time she used botulinum toxin A injections for treating of muscle dystonia in Latvia. Dr. Robertus used different physical modalities like laser, light and ultrasound during her career of a physician.
Now, her background knowledge in physical medicine in combination with hands-on experience enables Dr.Robertus to select and perform the best and most effective treatment options for each patient.
Dr. Robertus is accredited by Medical Council of Canada and is an active member of the following Canadian and international medical bodies:
